We are a secondary special school for children aged 10 to 16 who experience social, emotional and mental health (SEMH) needs. The school also caters for students who have special educational needs that may impact on or cause their SEMH needs.

Students wishing to attend Lotus School must have an Education, Health and Care plan (EHCP) with a primary need of social, emotional and mental health. Our admission arrangements are determined by Blackpool Local Authority and all requests for places at Lotus School are determined and made by them.
