Our transition process is carefully planned as there is often anxiety for students and parents/carers when joining a new school. We will work with each student to ensure they have a transition that is bespoke and suitable for their needs.

Prior to starting with us we usually offer the student; a tour of the school, a meeting with their assigned keyworker, a visit and some time spent within their new class.
